IDON EAST Corporation is pleased to announce it has been selected to partner with the Statistical Services Centre, the University of Reading to develop the Statistics in Applied Climatology eLearning Program.

The project will convert traditional course material (typically delivered during a ten week face-to-face workshop in Africa) into an eLearning course comprised of eight highly graphic and interactive topics developed using Macromedia Flash. Each topic takes learners through fundamental concepts guided by a storyline, interactive simulations and demonstrations.

The Statistical Services Centre (SSC) is part of Applied Statistics at the University of Reading in the United Kingdom. The SSC provides consultancy services and training in statistics in the international arena.
